A Call Button on Your Website,
Answered on Your Phone.
A visitor presses Call and is talking to you a few seconds later, from their browser. It costs them nothing, needs no app and no phone number, and works from anywhere in the world. It rings your phone or laptop; when nobody's free it takes a voicemail and emails it to you. ฿990 a month, cancel any time.
How It Works
Three steps, and the visitor only ever sees the first.
1. They Press Call
A Call button sits on your website wherever it helps: the top of the page, the contact section, beside a price. One press, the browser asks for the microphone, and the call starts.
2. Your Phone Rings
The call rings in your client portal, on a phone or a laptop. A notification reaches you even when the browser is in the background. You answer and talk, as on any call.
3. Nobody Free? Voicemail
Outside your hours, or when everyone is busy, the visitor is offered a voicemail instead. The recording is emailed to you and kept in the portal with the rest of your calls.
What You Get
Everything is run from your client portal. There is nothing to install and no handset to buy.
- Call buttons on your website that ring you straight from the visitor's browser
- Separate Sales and Support lines, each with its own people and its own opening hours
- Voicemail when nobody's free or you're closed, emailed to you as a recording
- Chat on the same button, for the visitor who would rather type than talk
- As many of your staff as you like taking calls, each on their own phone or laptop
- A record of every call, chat and voicemail in your portal
- English and Thai for the visitor, matching the page they're on
Why Not Just a Phone Number?
A phone number on a website asks a lot of a visitor. Someone abroad pays international rates or gives up. Someone on a laptop has to pick up another device and type the number in. Someone on a phone leaves your page to make the call. Each of those is a moment where an interested customer quietly goes elsewhere.
A call button removes all three. The call is free, it happens on the page they are already reading, and it rings whoever is on duty rather than one person's mobile. You also stop publishing a personal number, and you choose the hours it rings.
When we're online, the Call button at the foot of this page is the Softphone. Press it and you'll hear exactly what your customers would.
What It Costs
One price, whatever the number of calls.
- ฿990 a month, or ฿9,900 a year (two months free)
- No charge per call or per minute, for you or for the visitor
- Setting it up on a website we built is included
- Cancel any time
Common Questions
Does the visitor need an app or an account?
No. It works in the browser they already have, on a phone or a computer. The first time, the browser asks them to allow the microphone, and that is the only step.
What do I need to answer calls?
A phone or a laptop with a browser, and your client portal sign-in. You go on duty with one press and stay on duty until you switch it off. On a phone, allow notifications so a call reaches you while you're doing something else.
What happens when we're closed?
You set opening hours for each line. Outside them, and whenever nobody on duty is free, the visitor is offered a voicemail. It is emailed to you and waits in the portal.
Can it go on a website you didn't build?
Usually, yes. It is a small tag added to the page. Tell us where the site is hosted and we'll say plainly whether it will work there.
Does it replace my phone number?
It doesn't have to. Many businesses keep their number for regulars and add the button for website visitors, especially ones abroad.
