The Ones Everyone Asks
How quickly can I get a website live?
Many people have a first draft the same day: you describe your business, the AI builder drafts the pages, and you change whatever you like. Add hosting and point your domain, and it's live.
What does hosting cover, and what comes out of my credits?
Hosting is a flat $10 a month for each website (R169 or ฿350): the server, SSL, daily backups, uptime monitoring and your contact form with Enquiries. Everything else is paid from credits, and only when it costs us money to run: AI, SEO checks, Prospecting, email address checks, mailshots and calls. Statistics, chats, sign-ups and enquiries are free.
Do I need my own domain name?
Yes — and it should be in your name, not an agency's. No domain yet? Buy one through your portal, registered in your name and billed at cost. Already have one? Point it at your new website without breaking your email. You keep the account.
Who owns the site and the content?
You do, entirely. Your content, your design, your domain and your logins. There's no licence to renew and no lock-in.
Do I need to be in Thailand?
No — it's all online, so it works from anywhere with a decent connection. Pay by card or bank transfer. Our team is in Chiang Mai (UTC+7) and replies within a day.
Will it be fast, and will Google like it?
Websites from the builder are fast, light pages that load in under two seconds on a normal 4G connection. Structured data, a sitemap and meta descriptions are built in, and the weekly SEO check tells you what else to fix.
Do credits run out or expire?
Credits don't expire while you use your account. They reset only after a year with no activity: no top-up and nothing used for 12 months. If they run out, the package pauses until you top up and your website stays online. Turn on auto top-up and we top up for you when they run low.
Can someone build it for me?
Yes. An independent consultant can build and look after your website for you on this platform. Start on the consultants' website; they are separate from us, so ask them about their work and fees.
