A Subscribe box in your footer, a polite sign-up pop-up, and a tick box on your contact form. People add themselves, and each address is checked before it joins your list.
2. Write a Mailshot
Write it yourself in the portal, bring in a design you already have, or describe what you want to say and let AI draft it for you to edit. Send yourself a test first.
3. Send and See
Send it now or schedule it, to everyone or to one group. The report shows how many arrived, who opened it and what they clicked.

Why a Mailing List Still Matters
A post on a social page reaches whoever the platform decides to show it to that day, and the audience disappears if the page is ever restricted or the rules change. An email reaches the inbox of someone who asked to hear from you. For a café announcing a new menu, a guesthouse with empty rooms next week or a shop with a sale, it is the cheapest way there is to bring a customer back.
The reason most small businesses don't do it is the work around it: collecting addresses properly, keeping the list clean, staying out of spam folders, honouring unsubscribes. Common Questions
Can I bring the customers I already have?
Yes, if they agreed to hear from you. You add them in the portal and confirm you have their consent, and each address is checked before its first mailshot.
Do I have to use the AI?
No. It is there for the days you know what you want to say and not how to say it. It writes a draft, and you edit it and decide whether to send it.
Will my emails land in spam?
Nobody can promise an inbox, but the things that cause trouble are handled: addresses are checked before they're mailed, bounces and complaints are removed automatically, and every email carries a working unsubscribe link.
What happens if I go over my size?
Tell us and we move you up a size. Nothing is deleted, and your list stays yours whichever size you're on.
Can it go on a website you didn't build?
Usually, yes. The sign-up box is a small tag added to the page. Tell us where the site is hosted and we'll say plainly whether it will work there.
